Shipping & returns

Shipping labels are created via Sendcloud; the actual delivery is carried out by PostNL or DHL. Within the Netherlands we ship with PostNL; to other EU countries you choose PostNL or DHL at checkout. You will receive a track & trace link as soon as your order has been shipped.

We ship to every member state of the European Union. Within the EU you pay no customs duties or import VAT.

The exact shipping rate for your order is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Items we hold in stock ship once your payment has been received and are usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Items we order in take 7–10 working days. To other EU countries, allow 3–6 working days for items in stock and 9–14 working days for items we order in. These indications do not apply to weekends and national public holidays and depend on the carrier.

Delays caused by weather conditions, peak periods, incorrect address details or disruptions at the carrier are beyond the control of BrabantLabs. Let us know if a shipment is taking longer than expected.

Unopened and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Opened vials and products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for quality and safety reasons.

Report damage or a missing item within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the packaging and the contents. We will resolve this in consultation with you.
