Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, receive the product. If your order consists of several shipments delivered separately, the period starts on the day after receipt of the last shipment.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you inform us within the cooling-off period by means of an unequivocal statement — by email to info@brabantlabs.nl or using the model form below. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the cooling-off period has expired.

After withdrawal, you return the product as soon as possible, and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The costs of returning the product are for your account, unless BrabantLabs has stated in writing that it will bear these costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery. In practice, this means: opened vials and products whose seal has been broken cannot be withdrawn.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the product, whichever is the earlier.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used to pay, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery, only the standard delivery costs will be refunded.
