Partner terms

The partner programme is run by BrabantLabs (sole proprietorship). You can take part if you are 18 or older and we have approved your application. We review every application ourselves and may refuse one without giving reasons. Taking part does not make you an employee, representative or agent of BrabantLabs.

• With your code a customer gets 10% off the products.
• Your link puts your code in the visitor's cart, where it stays for 60 days. If the visitor later clicks another partner's link, the last click counts.
• The code cannot be combined with other discount codes or the welcome gift. With a bundle the larger discount applies; the order stays yours.

• You earn 25% commission on orders placed in the first 3 months after your approval, and 20% after that. The rate at the time of ordering applies.
• Commission is calculated on what the customer pays for products, after discount, without VAT and without shipping.
• Only paid orders count. If an order is refunded, its commission lapses; if it was already paid out, we offset it against a later payout.
• Once a customer has placed a paid order through you, you also earn on their orders without a code in the 12 months after, unless they use another partner's code.
• No commission on your own orders (same email address or same bank account as yours) or on orders by our own team.

• Commission is released 14 days after the order is paid.
• From € 25,00 released balance we pay out at the start of the month by bank transfer to the IBAN you enter on your dashboard.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. If you are a private person, we may be legally required to report payouts to the Dutch tax authority and will ask you for the details needed. If you are a business, you invoice us for the commission, or we agree that we issue a self-billed credit note.

• Clearly mark every post, video or message with your code or link as advertising, for example with "ad" or "affiliate link" (Dutch advertising code for social media and influencer marketing, ACM guidelines).
• Our products are for laboratory research only. Never make claims about health, cures, treatment, prevention, effects or results, and promise nothing.
• Never give information about use, dosing or schedules in people or animals, and do not share personal experiences or before-and-after images.
• No ads on the BrabantLabs brand name (or variants), no coupon or cashback sites, no spam and no fake reviews. Never present yourself as BrabantLabs.
• Follow the law and the rules of the platform you share on.

If you break a rule we may pause or close your account. Commission not yet released then lapses, and commission from fraud is reclaimed. You and we can end the partnership at any time. If we end it without a breach, we pay out your released balance, even below the minimum.

We may change these terms and the rates. We announce a change by email at least 30 days in advance. Commission already earned stays.

How we use your data is described in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
